By accessing and using this website and participating in the travel promotion program offered by Travel Webinar Promotions ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on this website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

6. Travel Certificate Terms

The travel certificate is subject to the following terms:

• Certificate is valid for 18 months from the date of issuance
• Certificate is non-transferable and may only be used by the qualified recipient
• Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or used as a down payment for other travel services
• Certificate is subject to availability of resort accommodations
• All blackout dates and restrictions set by the resort apply
• Participant must attend the educational webinar and resort tour as part of the program

7. Qualification Requirements

To be eligible for this promotional travel offer, applicants must:

• Be at least 28 years of age
• Be part of a couple residing in the same residence
• Have a combined household income of at least $75,000 per year
• Be a United States resident
• Possess a valid major credit card for resort check-in
• Pass any background or verification checks performed by the Company or resort

Qualification does not guarantee approval. The Company reserves the right to deny applicants at its sole discretion.

8. Payment Terms

The promotional investment consists of:

• $99 deposit to hold the certificate (non-refundable once submitted)
• $259 final payment due at the time of travel

Payment must be made using a valid major credit card. By submitting payment, you authorize the Company to charge your card for the amounts specified. If payment fails or is reversed, the certificate may be cancelled.

9. Refund Policy

The $99 deposit is non-refundable once submitted. If you are unable to complete your travel within 18 months of certificate issuance, the certificate will expire and no refund will be issued. For extraordinary circumstances, contact the Company for consideration of exceptions.

10. Educational Webinar Attendance

Attendance at the online travel webinar is a mandatory requirement of this program. The Company will provide webinar details and scheduling information upon certificate issuance. Failure to attend may result in cancellation of the certificate and forfeiture of all payments.

11. Limitation on Liability

This is NOT a timeshare presentation. However, the Company and resort partners are not responsible for cancellations, weather-related disruptions, or other circumstances beyond their control. In such cases, alternative dates or partial refunds at the Company's discretion may be offered.

12. Personal Information and Privacy

Your use of this website and participation in the program are subject to our Privacy Policy and Opt-In Marketing Policy. Please review these policies to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
